How do I get started?
Download our Order Form, fill in product selections and athlete info, then upload your high-res photos. We'll take it from there and send a digital proof within 24 hours.
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering 2–3 weeks before your event. Graduation and prom season book fast — the earlier you lock in, the better your timeline. Rush options may be available; contact us to ask.
What photos do you need from me?
Original high-res image files only — no screenshots, no cropped phone photos. For standees, we need a full-body shot. Check our Action Shot Guide for exact specs on pose, background, and lighting that will print beautifully at large scale.
Products & Materials
How durable are the standees?
Very. Our standees are printed on corroplast — a dual-wall polypropylene board that's waterproof, UV-resistant, and won't warp, sag, or buckle. Unlike foam core, corroplast holds up outdoors in wind and rain. The built-in easel stand keeps them stable on any flat surface.
Are the fence banners weatherproof?
Yes. Our 13oz scrim vinyl banners are printed with UV-resistant inks and fitted with reinforced brass grommets. They're designed to hang on stadium fences through wind and rain without tearing or fading.
Can I use the standee outdoors?
Absolutely. The built-in easel works on grass, concrete, and gym floors. We do recommend bringing standees inside if a major storm is expected — extended heavy rain isn't ideal for any printed product.
Are the floor decals safe to walk on?
Yes — our floor decals are printed on slip-resistant vinyl rated for foot traffic. They're also removable and leave no residue on hardwood, tile, or polished concrete.
Apparel
What's the difference between DTG and Sublimation?
DTG (Direct-to-Garment) works best for detailed, multi-color designs on cotton shirts — it prints ink directly into the fabric. Sublimation is ideal for all-over prints and performance/polyester fabrics. We'll recommend the right method for your design.
Can I mix shirt sizes within my order?
Yes — mix any sizes from Youth S through Adult 5XL and the full order still qualifies for your quantity tier price.
What if I'm close to the next pricing tier?
We flag it automatically. If you're within 5 shirts of a tier threshold, we'll let you know — because adding a few shirts can lower your cost per shirt and your total spend. More shirts, less money.
Proofing & Delivery
What is the 24-Hour Proof Rule exactly?
After you place your order, we build a digital proof and send it to you — usually within one business day. You have 24 hours from the time we send it to approve it or request revisions. Approve in that window and your delivery date is guaranteed. We send reminder emails so you won't miss it.
What if I need changes after approving?
Contact us the moment you realize it. If production hasn't started, we can often make changes. Once a job is on press, changes may not be possible — but reach out anyway and we'll do our best.
What's your refund policy?
Every order is custom-produced to your specifications, so we cannot offer refunds on approved, completed orders. However, if a production error occurs on our end — wrong colors, sizing, or text — we reprint or refund it. No questions asked.
